1. Controller and contact
The controller responsible for DAGGRS is DGDE GmbH, Lieberoser Str. 37, 13439 Berlin, Germany, represented by its managing director Artur Müller. You can reach us by phone on +49 30 6500 1800 or through the contact page. Our email address is listed in the legal notice.
2. Accessing the website and hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes technical data to deliver the pages and maintain secure server operation.
When you access a page, the data processed include your IP address, the time, the requested address, the response status, the volume of data transferred, information about your browser and operating system and, where applicable, the referring website. The server cannot deliver the requested page without this technically necessary connection data.
Processing serves to operate the website, diagnose errors and protect against abuse and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation. Log data are retained only for as long as required for these purposes. In the event of a specific security incident, longer retention may be necessary to investigate it and preserve evidence.
3. Cookies, fonts and embedded content
In its initial release, DAGGRS does not set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, scripts and drawings are loaded from our own server. No videos, maps, social media plugins or external font services are embedded.
4. Identification guide
When you use the identification guide, the selected features are sent to our server as parameters in the requested address and compared with the described model profiles. The application does not create a separate inquiry record for this. The requested address may appear in technical server logs. The guide does not require personal details.
The result is provided for your guidance; it is neither an authenticity test nor an automated decision with legal effects. Operation of this feature is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide the identification aid you have requested.
5. Photo inquiries and contact through DG.DE
DAGGRS currently has no active contact or photo upload form of its own. You can use the DG.DE contact page or the linked WhatsApp contact for DGDE GmbH. The relevant service is accessed only when you open such a link. The DG.DE privacy notice (external site) also applies when you use DG.DE. WhatsApp processes data under the terms of that service. The DG.DE contact page is available as an alternative.
When you contact DGDE GmbH, the information and photos you provide are used to handle your inquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where this is preparatory to a purchase or another agreement; general inquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of responding to your request.
Contact records are deleted once your inquiry has been resolved, unless statutory retention obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require otherwise. Retention required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Please provide only the information and photos needed for your inquiry.
6. Recipients and external links
Technical hosting and communications providers receive data to the extent needed to provide their services or handle your inquiry. DAGGRS does not embed services that contact social networks or advertising networks merely when a page is viewed. The privacy notices of the respective providers apply to services you access through external links.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent with effect for the future.
Right to object: Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Processing will then cease unless overriding compelling legitimate grounds or grounds relating to legal claims justify its continuation.
For requests concerning your data, use the contact page or the contact details in the legal notice. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the place where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. In Berlin, you can contact the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (external site).
